I went through drive through. Their $7 meals are awesome. I had a good cheeseburger, fries, drink and a strawberry sundae. I had forgotten how good their ice cream is, and the strawberries were delicious. In fact, I may have to go up there now and get dinner.

Went through the drive- thru and got a dip cone. After taking a few bites, I found a black hair melted into it. I’m totally grossed out. They did offer a refund, but it doesn’t seem they are keeping things clean.

$25 dollars for 4 med blizzards! I went to the drive-through, and the gentleman start handing me the blizzards. I asked for a carrier as I was alone, he hands me a carrier, and then continues to hand me one by one. Then I noticed that they are an inch and a half to 2 inches below the top and I tell him, hey these are not full. And he replied , that’s the way it is and starts shutting the window. I called the store and let the manager know so that hopefully they can improve their customer service. For six dollars you would think at least you would get a full cup and courtesy.

Be careful when eating at this Dairy Queen. We have come here multiple times and have found hairs in our food and on the dipping sauce containers. It hasn’t just happened once but multiple times. I won’t be coming back to this location ever again.

There salads are disgusting and you get very little salad. The chicken strip basket was the same, very small pieces of chicken. Not worth the money. Never going back for food only the blizzard.

This dairy queen was a complete disappointment. The fries were soggy and under cooked. The toast tasted like it was dipped in dirty grease, and wasnt even toasted. Definitely do not recommend this

They messed my order up and gave me 4 single burgers when I ordered 4 doubles. Unfortunately, I was on the way to work and couldn’t come back to get it replaced. I called the restaurant immediately and talked to a gentleman who said they’ll replace the order and I didn’t need a receipt and he was going to put my name on the list. I expressed that I couldn’t make it back that night and I would come back in the next couple of days and he said that was ok. When I got to the restaurant I was antagonized by the manager because the worker didn’t put my name on the list. Bad experience! Super unprofessional. If you train your staff properly and have proper systems then miscommunication like this won’t happen!
