Wife likes the heath brownie cupfection a lot. They always make me pull into a parking spot to have my order brought out. This usually takes an additional 2 minutes. Staff is usually friendly. Do check your order as sometimes they miss things.

Waited over fifteen minutes to get a strawberry milkshake which was literally just strawberry milk no ice cream. I continued to give them a chance after chance and past three times ive come something has been wrong. Last time the blizzard came with a lid and once I broke thru the top of the ice cream it was soup and very watery. The previous time I got a sundae and it barely had strawberry and pineapple on it. It was not like the pictures! Not sure I will come back. It is clean inside

manager was screaming at the crew that none of them get to leave until the whole place was clean. There was the sweetest boy with ginger hair and he was flustered and stressed, yet this boy working the counter still had a smile on his face and was so friendly to us.

Cold Food, Ridiculous wait times, Prices are insane. Save yourself some money and head to Columbiana where we saved nearly $10 total ordering the same items we did here. Food was hot and the service was great and we saved money. I gave it 3 stars because the employees were very pleasant but they definitely need work on getting out food hot and faster service especially when you’re on a lunch break.

every time i go through here i never am satisfied with what i asked for. yet to get a blizzard that has extra in it when asking for it. when i didn’t get what i asked for i went back and they gave me the wrong things to mix into the blizzard myself. not only that my boyfriend is employed here and underage getting hit on by his adult manager. poor business and something needs fixed.

Order 6 piece chicken strip basket and 2 chili cheese dogs..I got 5 strips and less than half a cup of fries..no gravy and specifically asked for it.The Chili cheese dogs were cold. Just a waste of money. I would rather pay a little more for quality food. I go to alot of DQs..DQ was my first Job at 16..But I do not recommend this one. There is always an issue. I will drive all the way to Hubbard to get there Fried Chicken Sandwhich. That’s what people do.Make people want your DQ!!

Ordered large blizzard. Over 1/2 was just vanilla Ice cream. ONly Salem DQ that has done this on 3 occasions now. Told manager nothing changed.

Salem Ohio dairy queen disappoints. They feature something they don’t carry the ingredients for and when you have to settle for something you don’t want they don’t even have chocolate ice cream or the chicken dinners.
