Dairy Queen 821 Brittain Rd. Akron, Oh…my co- worker and I went there and encountered Bianca and Mya and they gave great customer service! They were helpful and very knowledgeable about your blizzard’s! While they were making them my co- worker and I discussed how nice they were and we both agreed that we wanted to send a word of thanks! I placed my order through the drive through and waited in line for a very long time. As I was waiting, the manager came from the passenger side of a truck she had been hanging out for a while and started walking in the back door as I heard her say “I’m the only manager, pray for me.” I realized that there was a problem up at the window and by the time I got up there, I realized why. The employees were clueless and rude. I had an EGift Card to use and points that I have earned. I had them scan the points that should have taken off one of the blizzards. I then showed them my egift card and they said they couldn’t use it. She kept referring to it as a coupon and I kept telling her it’s a gift card not a coupon. I asked if there was a manager to try it and she said “No we do not have a manager up here.” Then, the woman that was outside hanging out in the truck came over and was very rude saying that I couldn’t use that gift card because they weren’t a “participating DQ”. A third person came over and put it in correct as a gift card – not coupon and it went through. My free item was not taken off for points so i paid for it and everything was completely melted when she gave it to me and made a huge mess.

I swear, when we started going to this location a few years back, it was great. But as of the past several months the employees are rude, and whenever we order food we get the bare minimum of fries and lukewarm food (and we live thirty seconds down the road). Wouldn’t recommend.

Went there for lunch dining rooms doors were lock. So went through drive thru ask if they were going to unlock the doors and was told that weren’t going to unlock them she said it in a nasty way. Sitting there eating so 6 people go in. Guess u had to be friends with whoever was working. Won’t go back

Not so great service at 2:45 pm. I ordered with no mustard, order read back with no mustard. I get to the check out in the drive thru and my card is dropped. I politely its okay. I get my order and return to work. Both my burgers are covered in mustard. I call to see about getting it fixed and the person answers the phone asks a question and cuts me short.

I absolutely can not believe how rude your workers are. Everytime I would name off a part of my order Dre’onna would say… “and” and if I named off something else she would roll her eyes….when I was finished she said verbatim “is you done?” First of all not proper English secondly she barely waited for me to finish what I was saying before popping that off. It wasn’t just me either, it was a specific sort of clientele she was being nasty to. Because another clientele she was smiling and very sweet. I do not know her, I was trying to be friendly so she had no reason to speak or look at me like I was the plague. Not to mention how lazy she is….while no one else was ordering she just stood there giving us all dirty looks instead of helping her coworkers with the massive line inside and outside. This is not my first time crossing paths with this very rude young lady, but if she doesn’t straighten her attitude up then I will go to corporate and if she and the rest of your employees continue being this rude and lazy I will have no choice but to contact the better business bureau. Your employees need an attitude adjustment or they need to find a new line of work. This is appalling!!!

My brother who is disabled ordered food for delivery and the friers were down and door dash nor the dairy queen refunded the money and only delivered the ice cream and a cheese burger and his order was over $40. Tried and tried and still no help refunding his money or making the order right.
