So on Wednesday Aug 2 at 903pm i went into the lobby to order something and I was told the my lobby is closed. Door was unlocked and the employee was waiting on a customer that literally walked in within seconds of me. Not sure why she couldnt take care of me instead i had to get in drive thru. Question why did she wait on the gentleman but not me. I understand lobby may have been closed but you still could have provided me customer service and locked the door.

This review is going to echo what I’ve read in several others, 45 minutes before the official closing time, their lights were off. We saw the lights were on inside, so we risked going through the drive thru. The little teenage girls working didn’t seem too eager to serve anyone.

Ordered food for my family tonight around 6:00. After ordering not even half of our items the girl said “is that all?” And we said “no” and she sighed very loudly. I understand it maybe annoying to get larger orders (4 of us were eating, and 2 of them eating were men so they wanted more than just one sandwich.) our food was cold and didn’t even have the right toppings on them.I’m sorry we “annoyed” you, but it is your job, you signed up for it. I hope in this new year, you find some patience and understanding with your job or don’t work in fast food.
