Don’t forget when you go inside this dairy Queen’s any dairy Queens yes any dairy Queens make sure they flip your blizzard over if not you get a free small Blizzard on them on your next visit. Managed to get in there when they weren’t busy so I didn’t have to wait forever. They do a great job of delivering given the stress of being busy most of the time. It’s location makes sure it almost always stays busy. Everything was as ordered and as I expected it to be, (no surprises there) and everyone I dealt with was friendly. Not much more to ask for really! Great job!

It used to be so good and everything was amazing. But here the past year or two the food hasn’t been as good, cold and soggy. The blizzards are never ever blended or mixed right. 50%-75% of the blizzard is just ice cream, none of the goodies. A little disappointed in it. Once in a great while I’ll get a good blended blizzard.

Highly recommend Pickerington and Canal Winchester locations. Wish I could recommend Groveport as well but their pricing is much higher. The food is good there, but the pricing is just not the same as the other locations when substituting items for meals.

This is the best place to have ice cream and it’s the best place to have lunch and dinner and they have the best deserts ever my favorite blizzard is the oreo Brookie blizzard and there fries are the beast and there chicken tenders are the best

Grade A service. Quality food. So.much better than any other fast food places in Canal Winchester. McDonald’s always messes up the orders. Wendys always has system issues and can’t take orders. BK doesn’t even staff the drive thru apparently because nobody ever answers on the speaker. DQ is the place to go.

Completely raw! Manager on duty was a young lady who definitely needs to have further training. Very inexperienced and stated “the grill just messes up” and the “buns were just made so there is nothing we can do about it”. When a burger is RAW that is the problem. If the grill messes up then you shouldn’t be making food on it until it is properly fixed. As for the bun it was from the raw juices in the burger. Had nothing to do with you “just making them”. As for throwing you grill cook under the bus and blaming it on their lack of experience…. then someone needs to train them properly until they can do it correctly. Ridiculous…
