Was served cold fries and barely any chili on my chili dog this go-around. Although, the fries when fresh are good, and i love the chili dogs when properly made.. the chocolate milkshakes are wonderful!!

I ordered the chocolate malt made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. It was so soupy that it wasn’t even thick like a milkshake should be. I was totally disappointed and I should have asked for my money back but I went ahead and drank it. I didn’t even need to use the straw. I could drink it like cold coffee.

Love this DQ… always a line at drive thru, which I see as a good thing. The service is great for the volume of cars each time I go. The location is perfect because I am a Kroger shopper, Blue Sky Carwash customer & really excited to go to the Ramen place that recently opened. I am a heath blizzard w/ choc icecream fan, chocolate dipped cone lover & LOVE the onion rings.

I have had it with Dairy queen. Last week in Powell it was bad service so we went to Lewis Center on 23 and the kid making our Blizzards filled them up to full and by the time we got home they melted and over flowed all over our car in the cup holders.

We decided to get two blizzards on this hot spring day and this dq was closest to where we wound up. We went in, ordered, and begun to wait. We had to have waited for like 10-15 minutes for two blizzards. Also, not a big deal, but mine was a bit soupy. No upside down here. DQ in worthington is better.

Today was a special day for me. I thought I would stop at the Dairy Queen and enjoy a small vanilla cone. I was in the drive thru. Someone took my order. When I got to the pick up window to pay, a younger guy took my money…gave me my change. Got my cone…i said Thank you he slammed the door without any response. How rude…lost my business and a few others.

Stopped here on Good Friday. They were definitely understaffed. The ones who were working definitely earned their pay and worked through it!

If you’re going to wait till the last second to make a DoorDash order you need a prioritize it, not have us come in tell you were there and then continue to make orders around it

Oder 2 6pc chicken stripes basket and 2 pecan caramel ice cream in a cup began to melt this was ice milk, not ice cream. The food was hot and dry with no ketchup the cashier began touching her hair without wearing gloves while handling my order with a smirk on her face. I am a brown American woman. Lost my business

As always when reviewing soft serve I have to review it for what it is not in comparison to the local custard or hard dipped. Stopped by last week and got a small hot fudge sundae. It was decent. I would probably rate a 3.5 because DQ you always know exactly what you’re getting. No surprises. Decent service, fast and pleasant. Nothing to go back and get again but also nothing to complain about. It’s a chain so no surprises and that can be both good and bad. If you enjoy local flavors keep hunting for the local spots.
