Employees are super nice and polite. Food taste has declined a little, though. Prices has increased as well, which was expected given our current economy. For 3 burger meals and desert the price was over $50. We call them Biden combos now with that price…lol. The desert prices have not really increased. So still not a bad place to stop and get some cones with the Family. Will definitely go back, but not very soon.

We have been coming here for over a year. I will not go again. We ordered 4-6 piece chicken dinners. When we got home, we had 4-4 piece dinners and they were thrown together awful. I called immediately when we opened the boxes. They told me they would replace them. When I stopped the young lady was rude. Refused cause THEY wrote the date wrong. I would not advise anyone to go. Rude young lady. We weren’t upset till she got nasty.

I LIVE IN CHARLOTTE NC 500 MILES AWAY AND DOORDASHED MY SISTER A BIRTHDAY CAKE, I THEN CALLED TO SEE IF I COULD HAVE HAPPY BIRTHDAY WITH MY SISTERS NAME ON THE CAKE. I DIDNT ACTUALLY THINK SOMEONE WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE SURE THIS HAPPENED. TO MY SURPRISE TRINITY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS ON A MISSION TO ASSIST ME WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE. NOW MY SISTER HAS A PERSONALIZED CAKE ON HER BIRTHDAY FROM HER BROTHER 500 MILES AWAY AND MY DAY IS MADE. TRINITY IS A MODEL EMPLOYEE AND SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED AS SUCH BY MANAGEMENT.

Good food and service just a 30 minute wait in drive thru. Tried them out again another 25 min wait time and when we get home both our flamethrower burger had so much hot sauce it was dripping off it so that was a waste of $30 wont be back

I ordered multiple blizzards. I was in a truck by myself. I wasn’t planning on eating in my vehicle. The passed the blizzards to me, I asked do you have kids and a carrier of some sort. It took them 3 mins to get that done. I then called the store I asked for the manager a young lady answered. I expluseained it would be nice to have lids and a carrier. She began to get very rude. I stated let’s use logic. She immediately blew up. Stating we don’t place lids on or carriers, because it cost us too much money.

Went In to get 3 cones..the drive in was wrap around the building so I went in .and there was only 1 person that they were finishing up on. Had to wait for every, people by then were coming in waiting too..but they were only fixing the drive in things. Waited 15 minute for them to fix a cone. And we say something they started making stuff but for people who came in after us. They finely said what did you order??
