I came at 3pm…not busy at all…I bought 2 single cheeseburgers and 2 fries…they got them out of a Plastic unheated box…OMG they were cold of course…when I went to pour my soda 10 minutes later they had a whole grill full of fresh hamburgers…guess if you want a fresh cheeseburger go at 330…at 330 the place filled up..now I know…why are they serving cold cheeseburgers??? horrible..I bought it home to my dog….I saw all the bad reviews…from months ago…Evidently Management KNOWS how bad they are but don’t care about customers

Stopped here for lunch because it was the nicest looking DQ I have seen in a long time. Unfortunately the service was not great, and neither was the food, burger patties were overcooked and dried out, basically like jerky, fries were soggy. The blizzard was ok though.

The food was ok, fries a little soggy but not bad. Service was fast. I paid no attention to the charge placed on my card until I got to my home (Burkesville). It seemed rather high for one meal with a burger and small ice cream for my dog. (He was coming back from the vet in Louisville and deserved a treat). I went on line and sure enough, I was over charged.

Restrooms are entered outside of the restaurant. They are clean. This restaurant did not accept the coupon we had for Dairy Queen. The Blizzards were good but not well mixed. Service was good but not friendly.

Before turning my blizzard upside down, she put a lid on it even when I requested she not do so. When I removed the lid she said she was not allowed to toss it for me. I was trying to avoid plastic waste. The blizzard was very skimpy on the add-ins . I had not been to this location in years, and this time I mean it when I say I will never go back. It is worth the drive to go to Cave City/Horse Cave DQ.
