Every time I try this place, I regret it in Mayfield. I ordered a burger meal, and a blizzard. Over $13, I normally would be fine with it not being seasoned, so added salt, but the meat literally tasted like it was bould in plain water! It was disgusting. I couldn’t finish it, and fries were cold.

I bought a cookie dough blizzard to-go and once I got home and started eating it, I noticed a strong chemical taste and smell. My husband tried it and noticed it as well. We scraped off the top, but further down, the chemical taste was still there. I wasn’t going to drive all the way back to DQ, but I did call to inform them about the issue. I explained that something must be wrong with their machine or product and that I wanted to let them know so the issue can be fixed before they sell more blizzards. The man I spoke to gave me some excuse about them possibility cleaning off the tables and some of the cleaning solution may have gotten in my blizzard. I find this unlikely unless they mixed the cleaning solution into my blizzard. Either way, he didn’t seem very concerned about chemicals in his products that should never (not even accidentally) be there. Safe to say I will think twice before going there again. Fingers crossed that I don’t get sick.

I wanted the two for five super snack for the chili dogs no chili which every Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to has been able to do. The lady argued with me on the speaker about it. It was highly unprofessional I will be calling corporate.

Every time we go, their ice cream machine is down. We get “raincheck coupons” but have never been able to redeem them. (See the first sentence) Their drive thru is incredibly SLOW. Only 2 stars because the food is pretty good if you have the patience to wait. 🙂

the potholes in the parking lot are outrageous looks like they brought some rocks out of there driveway at home to attempt and fill them
