We go here atleast once a week for Ice cream. The desserts are ALWAYS on point but I can say I have NEVER gotten a fresh order of fries from here and the foods just ok. The employees are always really nice.

Stopped in for lunch. Got a 4 piece basket. Everything was ice cold. Toast was just bread with melted butter on it. Fries were soggy chicken was hard. Took less than 3 minutes for me to order and get through drive thru so that tells me none of it was even halfway fresh. Couldnt even get napkins. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

I hadn’t been out in awhile, and decided to use a coupon I received in the mail. I was sure disappointed this time. The hamburger bun was dry on top and soggy on the bottom. The fries were dry and tasteless. My biggest surprise (closely read your menu folks) was that little ice cream cone. They charged me $2.89!!!

Ordered strawberry shake got vanilla with maybe a teaspoon of strawberries. Complained and girl argued she put strawberries in there, did not try to reconcile the problem. Pitiful!

We stopped in here while on the 500 mile yard sale. They were not staffed well and the place was really messy. I understand many places are having a hard time getting employee’s so maybe that was the problem. This yard sale happens every year and you would think they would try to better prepare for the crowds with all hands on deck. The staff was kind of grouchy to each other and the service was pretty bad. The food however tasted really good. I would give them another chance if I am in the area. It may have been a case of not being able to staff correctly due to lack of employees. I am sure the ones working were stressed to the hilt with the amount of traffic they had that day.

Ordered a small blizzard and pretty much got a mini and there 2 seats missing in the back of the grill and chill. They also had a sign up for the nestle toll house blizzard and they didn’t have it. It also takes about 9 years to get what you ordered. There is also a fry on the floor and I just watched the guy mop right past it. Some guy called the cashier princess. Worst experience
