The new owners of the Benton Dairy Queen need to provide better quality food if they are going charge high prices. The below average food they serve was not worth the price they charged. Charging 9$ for fried cheese curds is more than I would expect to pay at a higher end restaurant. The gravy that came with the chicken strips was like water. Despite inflation, this more like price gauging!

Got 3 drinks and 2 blizzards no lids on blizzards melted ice cream asked for chicken n gravy combo and got a chicken biscuit no heavy no hash brown this happens almost daily and I come through 3 or 4 times a week sometimes twice a day and it’s been like this for weeks now about to just start going to draffenville and hope for better service and food wasn’t any gravy on biscuit what the point of selling a chicken n gravy biscuit with no gravy and 2 chicken tenders rock hard that I can bounce off of my bar I won’t be back I like to eat my food not wear it.. need better and nicer morning employees

My order was totally correct and the young lady that answered the drive thru speaker was very nice and added the ketchup and drink carrier I asked for. The lemon lime misty slush was amazing I’ve not had one in a long time it reminded me of my childhood.

Very disappointed. I get your understaffed but you people couldn’t get orders handed out correctly and left lobby people waiting over 20 minutes to order food. I get it’s fan food not fast food but that is ridiculous.

Got a 4 piece chicken strip basket tonight. The chicken amd onion rings were either over cooked quite a bit or were left warming too long. They’re typically very good so it was pretty disappointing.
