We just needed dessert, so I got the new Peanut butter puppy chow blizzard. We decided to take it back to the hotel and eat later. I was amazed how crunchy the puppy chow stayed even after coming out of the freezer about 2 hours later. Outstanding!

this is the worst dq location that i’ve ever been to tbh. the past 3 times i’ve been to this location i order the same thing and every time i make sure i make it very clear of what i dont want in my blizzard and they do it wrong every single time. i literally cannot make it any more clear. and the employees are rude, you can’t ask for anything without someone looking at you like you’re stupid. they also never say what the ice cream coming out is so if it were busy you very well could accidentally grab somebody else’s ice cream or vise versa. coming here feels like a waste of money atp, even though i only ever spend less than $10 whenever i’m here. also apparently they were out of the texas toast that comes with the baskets but never told us that so we just had to guess why we didn’t get any.

This is the worst Dairy Queen. Workers are rude. Too busy socializing and on their phone with their AirPods in to take our order. Waited in line for 20 minutes. They don’t even flip the blizzards upside down anymore and if you ask them about it they don’t say anything. So sad that people don’t want to work.

If i could give them a ZERO I would!! My 85 year old mother goes through the drive thru and places an order that was hand written on a piece of paper since her memory isnt the greatest, very clearly explaining what she was trying to order. Not just ONCE but TWICE they got it wrong!! My poor elderly mother had to go back through the drive thru TWICE and they STILL didn’t get her order right!!! I call up there and explained to whomever answered the phone (I’m thinking a manager), that my mother is 85 years old and has the order written on a piece of paper for whomever is at the window. I politely asked if they could possibly be looking out for her so they could help her with her order. (She was on her way there as I was speaking to the lady.) The lady I spoke with on the phone told me and I quote, “I’ve got better things to do than to sit here and look for your mother in the drive thru!!” Horrible customer service!!!! We will NEVER go back there!!!

The manager threatened to physically fight my fiance over not wanting to fix the order that they messed up. All you could hear is her shouting across the busy restaurant. Always an attitude when coming to this place. Probably won’t return to this particular location.
