Great food but they’ve messed up my order twice now in a week… I try not to make anything complicated when ordering and I never ever ever am rude to a fast food employee… most of the time I won’t leave any negative reviews on anything like this… but the Manger today was so rude. They got my shake wrong through the drive through, which is totally understandable for how busy they were and mistakes happen. I took the shake and receipt back in to exchange it for the right one and I was super nice and trying to be understanding but the manager who I spoke to, who was running register at the time, was so rude no matter my apology as well. There’s no need to be rude… I don’t understand why people wanna be this way.

I like how they serve the white gravy with the chicken tenders- but it has no flavor. I recommended adding pepper! Service is pretty nice- but one time our fries were cold so they gave us a coupon for free fries- then we turned it in next time we went and the coworker was complaining that they “couldn’t accept it” because they couldn’t read which associate signed it? Like, honey, that is not my fault. They did end up accepting it anyway tho, haha. Blizzards are Amazing!

It’s Sunday January 29 at 1pm. My daughter and I arrived at approximately 12:40pm and ordered two chicken strip baskets and a banana split. The chicken strip baskets came out quickly but i had forgotten to ask for ketchup (since they no longer have packs of it out for the public since these things are like $.03 per pack and they can’t have something that valuable just sitting out *eye roll*)

I ended up calling this store because the cake was nothing like I ordered, finding out that it was ordered through another store.

Ordered a ice cream cake for my son and couldn’t find anyone that could do a Jason themed and went and asked if the could do it and I have to say that the cake was beautiful and turned out better than I expected. Big thanks to Jen at dairy queen in Pikeville KY. My son loved his birthday cake. Will definitely be back for more birthday cakes in the future.

Sadly was a quite filthy store. Found hair on our mustard bottle, every bottle on the tables near us was filthy. Had to choose secondary drink options thanks to primary choices being empty in the machine. Definitely eat elsewhere. Would not recommend this location under any circumstance until they clean up their act.
