Came to this location and arrived at 10:09pm, expecting fast food. Well, I didn’t exactly receive “fast food”. I didn’t get out of the line until 10:26pm. Restaurant employees were very kind and curious. Aggravated with the wait time, I pulled into the parking lot to eat my food. Upon this moment, my tastebuds were met with pure satisfaction and amazement. Simply the freshest, most wholesome, best-eating “fast food” experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for taking me back to the good days, when our patience wasn’t waning.

What a nice surprise! We stopped in this DQ on our way home and enjoyed the personal service and super-staff led by new general manager, Diane! We will definitely stop by again next time we are in the area. Keep up the good work–you deserve a 5 star rating for the personal service and smiles you shared with us today. Best of luck with your new crew!

They keep putting peanut products like snickers and Reese peanut butter cups in my friends orders when she orders things that shouldn’t have peanuts to begin with. It’s happened several times. Not sure if it’s negligence and they just don’t even notice that they’re putting it in there or if it’s intentional/they think they’re doing her a favor by adding extra things. She’s allergic and luckily old enough to know she can’t eat it, but it worries me about a child who may not know. Also concerns me it happened to her more then once. Basically, if you have an allergy make sure you say something even if the item you ordered doesn’t have peanut products at all. She called and they were nice about the situation but it doesn’t negate the fact that they have almost caused her to have an allergic reaction twice.

Stopped to get my wife who was recovering in the hospital a Blizzard. The cashier and the girl making blizzards were phenomenal. Those two worked their butts off . They hustled to keep things moving. One cook was doing his job but another was just there. Kudos for the two up front!!!

What a sad state….another failing franchise. Obviously, the ice cream is still DQ but that food is horrible. The service follows the example of the food. No napkins on table, and place is bare. The food menu is trash. I know its near impossible to staff these kinds of restaurants today. Gave it more than 1 star for the Blizzards.

I just went through the drive thru at this location and ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy, well when I arrived home with my order I looked and my gravy is so rancid it can pass the blizzard test and be turned completely upside down without moving. It smells horrid and when I just tried calling they refuse to give me another order because in their words “it’s just the gravy”. What a horrible way to run a business.

I don’t know why they’re open during a weather emergency. 0 care for their employees. Also their food sucks, and their ice cream isn’t even that good. Go to Sonic, food is way better and they have good drinks and better ice cream.

I stopped at this location this morning after having a terrible experience at the dq on new circle Rd earlier already, where an employee can out and yelled at me they were closed ,while I was sitting in line at drive thru. This was after 6a.m. when I came by here it was nearly 6.30. and this place was all dark. No cars, and know one was there …idk what is going on today. Maybe dq don’t know how to tell time.

After waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins due to slow service car in front of me was refused service not to mention the 3 cars behind me. We were in line before closing time and was refused service. I tried calling the store to speak to a manager and of course no one answers. I’ve been in restaurant management and we ALWAYS took customers orders and served them as long as they were on the lot prior to closing time. I understand your store hours are until 10 pm but serve your customers that are on the lot before you close for the night. Send an employee out to verify last car in line to ensure your customers are taken care of. Just a thought.
