Dirty and not.busy.. some dude didn’t know who’s food was what and laid a sundea on the counter top where the the public walks by and didn’t even let us know it was ours until I said we need our sundaes he the told me one of them was in the dining room anybody could have done anything to it.. id highly recommend going else where this guy is a bad safety hazard to the public and doesn’t mind arguing with customers.. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!!

Normally a huge fan of Dairy Queen’s. Been a couple years since going to this location. It’s gone downhill. The floor was super sticky. The bathrooms were awful. The wait for food was 20 minutes and it was not very busy. Some of the food that was done early was put in a bag instead of kept on the warmer. Overall one of the worst places I’ve ever stopped at for food.

Tonight makes the second time I was served disgusting food. My son got one strawberry piece on his strawberry sundae, my lg blizzard was no where near full, the pretzel sticks were soggy, queso was glue, my daughter’s fries looked like they had been sitting out all day. The last time I went here on a Friday I didn’t even get everything I had paid for (upcharge for extra things that weren’t even there) but didn’t realize until it was too late and I was already home. I will NEVER return here on a weekend and will advise everyone else to avoid them as well. This place definitely needs to rethink they’re weekend staff!

We had breakfast. The breakfast. Food is fantastic. However, the coffee for the large was just barely larger than a Dixie cup which was somewhat disappointing, but the part that upset me the most was that clearly someone had spilled something all over the lobby floor. Despite the fact I washed my shoes twice, I still was sticking to the floor but the food was great and the drinks were great but the large was a small. But still their ice cream is good and they’re blizzards are good. But the bacon was thin and overcooke.

Service has definitely gone downhill, I order the same thing every time I go chicken tenders and fries. It’s always a hit and miss either the tenders are burnt or overcooked and the fries are fresh or the tenders are fresh and the fries are brown and cold as if they were reheated from the previous day. You can always tell when your going to get cold fries when they hand you your order in less than a few minutes of being at the drive through window. I’d rather wait an extra 5-10 mins for fresh food than to get home and waste not only my time and money on food that isn’t edible.

Can’t rate the food as I never got any bc no one ever got around to taking my order. But the customer service here was terrible and the drive through worker was rude and bad at her job so I won’t be back as I waited at the speaker and no one ever said a word. I went to Wendy’s next door and had a great and much more affordable experience

I will be short and to the point. There is a manager there who needs to be either retrained or fired. I went thru the drive thru and after 15 minutes of waiting i ask annoyingly whats going on? Well it escalated between us concluding with manager asking me to the front of the store to fight. So enough said. Oh he barred me from ever coming to the property’. No worries on that. How about the old fashion “sorry sir we are running behind and short staff “etc.

This place is pretty terrible no matter what time you come, the wait is always 15-20 minutes. My last time being there they asked me to leave from the drive through after I waited at least five minutes at the microphone. While I was there they budded in on a private conversation, and when I said I wasn’t talking to the they said quote “I don’t care I’ll have to ask you to leave…”. If your really want Dairy Queen I’d just go to the other one.
