I ordered a cake on a Tuesday via their website. Went in on Friday to pick it up they say I didn’t order it. I show them the confirmation and they say well you ordered it via the website you should have called. (I did call the phone. Just rang and rang) finally, the guy says that he’s going to go in the back and see if they have one available and write the birthday message on it. After about 20 minutes my daughter tells me we should just go I say we should wait, the man’s writing the birthday message for us, and she says no mom. He’s not. He’s sitting over at a table talking to some lady. So no birthday cake and even though they’re telling customers that they’re helping them, they’re actually sitting at tables having conversations. Choose a different location, and if you own this location, check out your multiple in a row bad health ratings and the way your employees are treating your paying customers and maybe re-examine your business. I know I won’t be back to this location.

Ordered a cake here and they didn’t have it at all when we came to pick it up on the pick up date. Then the guy said he was going to go in the back see if they had the same type and make it real quick, just to be sitting down talking and not working on it at all. DO NOT GO HERE. Like literally how hard is your job? Not very.

The staff here were very polite. My card was declined and I was a lil embarrassed. I was scrounging change from my car and purse when the woman at the window told me kindly not to worry. She had paid it for me. It was very sweet of her. The food was fresh and ready.when I got to the window. Thank you to the young woman for your kindness.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, guy working the register stated how unhappy he was. He was also clearly irritated by me having to ask for a straw and ice, which I would have gotten myself if there had been any in the lobby. Won’t be visiting this location in the future.

We ordered a small s’mores blizzard and small caramel milkshake. The milkshake was basically milk and caramel, not kidding, barely any ice cream. The s’mores blizzard was like soup with only graham cracker pieces, there was not one chocolate piece. Not sure if the ice cream machine was broken or what but a courtesy heads up would’ve been nice so we could’ve decided whether or not to purchase these items.

Lucas “Big Money Boy” gave me my order. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant person to give me a cheeseburger. Food was okay, its DQ, what do you expect. Burger good, fries meh, ice cream is great. Drive through time has always left a bit to be desired at this location
