A suggestion, since I eat Angus, the qualify of the taste is excellent, can tell this less than that. Flat taste, bread to thick, go thinner, too much mustard without specifying, fries were perfect. I know the cost goes up but it’s all about the taste, keep me coming back. Very clean!

I just got a large blizzard and a burger for a friend and i ordered a mini blizzard for $3.98 for myself. When i saw it I laughed It was the size of give away samples at ice cream shops. Only about 4 or five spoons full. I declined it and they gave my money back. I’m in no way upset at the workers. They were very nice. This is a problem with corporate. I can buy a half gallon of ice cream and break up the Reese’s myself and have enough for dinner or six large blizzards.

I was not happy with the customer service at this DQ. I went through the drive thru to get ice cream for my son. My person working the drive thru made comments every time they handed me something that I was snatching from them. I apologized the first time if it seemed that way… Not the best service.

We ordered ice cream. No one told us it was ready, and it started melting on the counter. Everyone else had theirs delivered to them. The freezer for cakes was broken and leaking water all over the floor, and no wet floor signs were out. Ice cream was Dairy Queen, so it was, of course, good.

Ordered the twin pack sausage biscuit for first time in 3 years. It should say twin pack biscuit. The sausage is thin sliced, about 1/2 what it used to be. Good way to lose customers.

Went in today to try out the breakfast burrito with chicken strips and when I got home my burrito looked like it was just thrown together in a hurry (pictures included). I know they are not a taco/burrito place but the least they could do is wrap it correctly. I love DQ and always go but they need to train the employees properly on how to wrap the breakfast burritos.

Wow. Just had a superiorly bad experience at this Dairy Queen location in Shelbyville, KY. Went through the drive through tonight at 8:30 PM. At first when we pulled up we were greeted decently and asked for an order and I responded with just give us one second please and then not 30 second later, again, asking us for our order and me responding with just one second please. A minute goes by and she’s anxiously asking us to put our order in so she can be done with her job, so my wife orders a scoop with sprinkles and she responds with “we’re out of regular sprinkles. Are the Christmas sprinkles fine? “Yes that’s okay” responds my wife. Then I ask for a pumpkin pie blizzard with the addition of brownies and she responds with we’re out of brownies and whip cream. I then ask if there’s anything they can sub for the brownies or whip cream and she says “no”. I respond with “you have nothing you can substitute?” and she responds with “no”. This is bad & lazy customer service that not only hurts the store but also the brand. We pull to the drive through window and it’s a young lady slouched over the front counter on her phone who’s talking to us on the drive through mic. Wow. People are so lazy these days and this Dairy Queen especially gives very little customer service. I’m wowed by the fact this girl couldn’t at least offer something else. If you don’t want to work for people find a job outside of this industry please!

It might be time to re-examine the cooking time on the fish sandwich. They tend to be overdone. The new double and triple patty burgers are meh. When I want a burger, I want one patty, onion, pickles, cheese, tomato, ketchup and little else. Keep it simple. A1 sauce is good, but if I want onion rings, I order them, but on the side, not on the burger.
