This location has definitely gone down hill. We were waiting in the drive thru with our kids just to get some cones. We get to the speaker just to be told they are closed. Younger I worked fast-food and it was ALWAYS known you will never get out on time. If there is a line of cars you finish that line and close it down after. Our kids were excited because we only do this once and awhile as a random treat. Not impressed at all.

Man do I miss when you could get through the drive thru in 10 minutes. Pulled up 8:15 three cars from the speaker. Pulled away at 8:40. Honestly ridiculous amount of time. Judging from similar reviews, doesn’t appear anyone cares. Also, my wife and I both got strawberry cheesecake blizzard with hardly and cheesecake bites. Maybe 4 in mine. It’s this stuff really that hard?

Ice cream was fine. When I asked the lady working (manager?) what a brookie was, she looked at me like I was an idiot, then told another employee to tell me as she walked away. Facilities were a little rundown.

Nice Dairy Queen location. The facility was clean for the most part. There was however, a large water spill in front of the counter which they did not clean up but simply put a warning sign up. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It did take maybe 7 minutes for them to make my blizzard however.

Ordered breakfast bowl with chicken and biscuits didn’t get biscuits and cheese on bowl told cashier and he said biscuits were cut up in side didn’t see no biscuits and told manager and said if I hadn’t eaten it she would have made it right very disappointed

Ordered a triple flamethrower. After being given the sandwich they forget to give me my blizzard. They then forgot the 2 pup cups as well. After getting home realized they gave me a double and charged for a triple.

We arrived at 8pm in the drive thru behind 5 other cars. We got our 4 ice cream cones at 8:48pm. Sooooo slow and ice cream was dripping everywhere from the start. Not my best DQ experience.
