I had a great food experience, have not been to DQ in a long time. The Hamburger was excellent, it was in a box and not wrapped up like a smash sandwich. I could taste the Lettuce, tomato, cheese, and burger. Beats all the other guys burgers I’ve had. Did I mention the hot fries. Yes love hot fries. I had to wait, but she told me was waiting on hot fries and I didn’t mind. Customer service was excellent and smiling friendly faces. 3/28/23 1130am ish. Thank you!

Absolute worst dairy queen experience. This is the second time purchasing about 40 dollars worth of blizzards. Both times messing up the butter pecan. Ice cream was melted and over done as if on purpose. The female whom served us was rude and appeared angry at the world or maybe they were getting close to closing, I don’t know. It’s a shame with rising costs and spending 80 dollars on ice cream to be treated as if I bought off the dollar menu with pennies. People work hard to spend their monies in places like this. We won’t be back to this one for sure!

I stopped here on my way home from a vacation to the MS Gulf Coast. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger meal and this was, by far, the BEST cheeseburger I’ve had in a very long time. The burger was put together with perfection (seriously). Not only did it taste great; it looked great. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was clean!! I was impressed!!!

We ordered through the drive-thru and then we’re told to park around front and wait on our food we waited for over 20 minutes for a very small order that should have taken no time at all. I understand people are shorthanded but why work a drive-thru if you’re short staffed and can’t even get the food out in a timely manner? It makes no sense. If the short-handedness causes that kind of a problem then perhaps maybe shutting down the dining room area would be beneficial? People inside got their food before we did, and we ordered well before they did. It is absolutely positively not the workers fault it’s poor management every job poor management when things like this happen upon everything else that is caused by management. A little off topic we need better choices for our executive branch leadership all the way down to the small businessman. If your skills show that you are not suited for the job after you take the job, then you should no longer have that job. Some people say that I’m wrong for saying such things and that it’s a learning experience. I say no, if you’re going to be a manager then you should be asking questions be inquisitive learn about your job all aspects of it not just one secluded portion of it before ever moving up in any company or leadership position.

I picked up an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday and two cheeseburger combos. Quick in and out, they were not busy at all. Burgers and fries were good, the peanut butter cup blizzard cake was really good as well.

The food tasted horrible, old lettuce and the condiments overtook my “flame thrower” which was not spicy at all. The patties were dried out also. The worst part was the service, rude at the register and alot the tables where dirty. It’s gets two stars mainly because of the food being horrible and poorly presented, the service was the icing on the cake.
