Went for a birthday yesterday and wish we could give zero stars. Turtle Pecan Blizzard had rancid pecans in it, meaning they aren’t storing food safely. So disappointing and inedible. None of the blizzards in our order were fully mixed either. Toppings only in the top 1/3 of the cup.

The last two times I’ve been to this Dairy Queen I’ve had really bad experiences. The first time I was there the lady taking orders was rude, rolling her eyes, and ignoring customers. I waited 30 min for a small chocolate milk shake. Some people waited longer than me. I went through the drive way this evening and also had a very rude server who had a rude tone of voice. I saw my milkshake sitting by the window 5 min before the guy stopped gossiping with the other employee and handed it to me (not smiling) and shut the window. It was also the wrong order with no whipped cream like I asked. Couldn’t have said anything bc he shut the window so fast without a glance at me. While waiting for the milkshake I saw an employee in the back handling raw meat and then wrapping a customers food to go out without changing gloves. Hygiene in there is terrible. Won’t be going back. Zero stars!

Must be a terrible place to work. Went the evening of June 10th and all the employees were unengaged unfriendly and even rude. Ordered Icecream only and it took about 20 minutes. Will not be back. Should have taken a picture of my chocolate dipped cone, pitiful.

Great food that was hot and fresh. The wait for it to be made took a little while. But the service was quick and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was clean and we’ll lit. They have inside and outside seating. You can get a wide variety of frozen desert cakes go to go.

Really disappointed in the blizzard. Ordered a peanut butter puppy chow and half way through something metallic hit my tooth. Pulled it out and it looks like a metallic type wrapper. How disgusting. Called the store and the manager told us to bring back so that she could see it. Who wants to drive back?? Just plain awful. Staff are not friendly at all. Will definitely not visit this store again.

Picked up an ice cream cake. It cost 30 dollars. When I got home I noticed a faint outline of Happy Easter in the top. So I paid full price for a cake that is at least 3 weeks old. At the very least they could’ve smoothed the top down.

Service was horrible, Food was horrible. None of our baskets came with toast. We barely had fries and then when we went back to get the toast and fries, they were burnt after waiting 15 mins for them, we ended up not eating majoriry of our meals, throwing it away and walking out without getting our ice cream we already paid for. Wasnt even worth waiting for a refund.. Im not even going to mention the staff I witnessed insult someone with a disability. Would recommend to no one. Literally ever. Go somewhere else. I’d give zero stars if possible.
