The woman at the window was very unprofessional!!! She served us melted shakes and blizzards and didn’t turn them over knowing they were melted she had an attitude from the time we were at the drive thru speaker till we got our food to leave I sent my blizzard back and it was enough worse she was so very rude this is the second time I’ve dealt with this and if I could give this place a big fat 0 I would others were lined up and started driving off it’s terrible service terrible food I do not recommend going to dairy queen in Fayetteville Tennessee when I opened up my meal the toast looked half bitten I just can’t believe it this is the worst I have ever experienced in all my life for fast food

We went through the drive-through an hour and 15 minutes before closing on Father’s Day and were told that they did not have any ice cream to serve. Staff inside appeared to be cleaning up and trying to leave early. Thank goodness Sonic was nearby. They are giving their customers away. I’d be very upset if I was the owner!

Last visit it took about 45 minutes to get some ice cream for four people. When it came out the servers accidentally dumped two items on the table. It happens. Unfortunately they upended the items and sat them back down expecting us to eat them. Remaining items were melted. Ended up requesting a refund but they claimed they couldn’t refund the whole amount. They then sent the server up front to pay me out of his pocket. Won’t be back.

The guy working on 6/30/23 @ 6:40PM that’s starting to bald, has TERRIBLE customer service. Our food didn’t have sauces and when asked he slammed the drive through window shut on us. If he were my employee=FIRED.

The cashier was new buy very nice. The service in the kitchen was horrible. They were more focused on drive-thru so the dine in people had to wait way too long. The kitchen staff was rude to the cashier. Ordered a moolatte and she snapped at the cashier saying we can’t make it because we’re out. Didn’t specify what they were out of and no one told her what to do about my moolatte order.

Great food and friendly staff. My husband and I had the flame thrower burger, a cheeseburger, fries, and a small Reese’s blizzard. Very good, just what you expect from Dairy Queen. Would recommend.
