We were in our car at the drive up menu with our windows up and the AC on full blast due to the heat. The sales clerk came barging out the back door and marched straight up to our car! She was furious that we hadn’t replied to her when she spoke to us via the outdoor speaker. Fact is, no one heard her. Still fuming she went back in the building. After we finished our order and drove up to the delivery window, my sister apologized for the situation. Instead of accepting the apology, the clerk (Takeisha) continued to harass us further and delivered our order with contempt. Wow!!

I needed a break from my family vacation and picked this spot close to the house. The food was served hot with a smile. The staff was very kind and courteous and a young man even opened the door for me on the way out with a smile. Now I’m ready for my family again, Thank you DQ for the attitude reset.

29July23. 22:15. Tried to order drive thru for 4. Lady was unbelievably rude. We let it go until it became over the top. They asked us to pull to the window to complete the order and we got nothing but over the top attitude. It was obvious taking our order and doing their job was the greatest inconscience of their life.

Ice cream. Our favorite is a Blizzard. We like to try all the new ones as they are released. But my fav is the Cheesecake or Pecan Turtle. Busy but clean, quick service both ordering and having the delivered to the table.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill outperformed all the pricey restaurants we tried out. They had plenty of staff; the food came quickly; the ice cream was good; the place was clean; the staff were friendly. The staff were professional! They did not seem overwhelmed by the work required.

If I could’ve given 0 stars I definitely would have! Sunday August 14th 2022 9:20pm they close at 10pm and we had to wait 30 MINUTES for a number 1 and 2 chicken strip baskets! Lady who took our order and was working window acted as though it was absolutely paining her to serve us and then she didn’t even give my husband his fries for his number 1!!!! We got 3 napkins for 3 people to use. BAD BAD RUDE HORRIBLY TERRIBLY BAD!!!! SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN OR HIRE COMPETENT NEW STAFF!!!!

Not one to usually write reviews, HOWEVER, going here tonight made my night so much better. Whoever was working the drive through 5/21/22 at like 7:50pm NEEDS A RAISE. She (Older, African American Woman) gave off the feeling of welcomness and overall a good atmosphere, handled the long line extremely well and was OUTSTANDING at quality control, recognizing that the hot fudge sundae was melted and got us a new, fresh one. She was so unintentionally funny and like I said made our night so much better. Props to her!

We went through the drive through last night because the dining area wasn’t open. I didn’t catch the manager’s name but she said she had just gotten back from a trip… anyway she was “the BEST ever”. She had trouble hearing our order but was so patient with us and wanted to make sure everything was accurate and everyone was happy. She could teach a class on “outstanding customer service “. Dairy Queen is fortunate to have her !❤️ Reese’s pieces cookie dough blizzard Rocks- just sayin . All four of us commented on what a great job she did and even were talking about it this morning.
