Good ice cream, but the men’s bathroom was disgusting. The urinal and the sink hasn’t been cleaned in a really long time. And the hand soap was either empty or didn’t work.

Just watched an employee take the garbage out, walked back in the kitchen and never washed his hands. Plus the bathroom area really STINKS.. They need to do a lot of maintenance, ceilings and lights

Ordered two large chocolate Sundays when I got to window I paid for large but I got to melted Sundays that did not even fill up the lower half of the container. When I complained clerk slammed window. This is not the first time. This store either has employees that don’t know what they are doing or care. Or the store is intentionally ripping off customers.

It was hot in there. The thermostat was set on 82°. It was hot outside we go in to get cool and eat icecream, it was hotter inside than out.. The ice cream melted before we could eat it. It was dripping all over our shirts clothes. I told my friend they are going to lose customers with it that hot. They cut the air down just as we were leaving.

Their customer service is horrible. I went in person to order a cake for my daughter birthday party Sunday. The girls took down my name, number, what I wanted (including what I wanted it to say) which was a Oreo sheet cake and said there shouldn’t be any problems to get it by Sunday morning. I called to check to see if the girls had turned it in and they had not. Each worker that got on the phone did not have and customer service skills at all and then told me I would have to come this evening again to even try to get my order taken. I asked why couldn’t they do it on the phone and the manager couldn’t give me a answer and was quite rude. I will not be going back whatsoever. They lost my business for sure.
