My husband ordered me a plain hamburger because I can’t eat cheese. They gave him a cheeseburger. So he politely told them that he needed a hamburger. He brought the food home and they had flipped the burger over, peeled off most of the cheese, and then put the condiments on the other side. There was still cheese on the patty and the bun. Who does this?!? Remake the burger! Will NEVER order food here again.

I ordered a banana split that i paid almost $8 to be get a smaller tray than what it us to be in, about 4 baby pine that probably makes up one cube , a drop of chocolate syrup and it I hadn’t of gotten nuts put on on I would of had nothing but a some ice cream and not even a full banana!! The price has want up put they is cheating you with the product for your money!! When I ask about it they going to tell me that’s how much they give you and I told them you got that $ 8 but you eant get another one not from me

Went there today 11/21/22 and got a medium strawberry milkshake and while drinking it almost swallowed a sharp plastic shard. Got it out and took a picture of it to show them I couldn’t take it back because I had to go into work but I went to drink more to see if it was just one but there were more so had to pour out my $5 drink and was very upset. Very glad I didn’t swallow any or it could have been worse hope nobody else has to experience this.

My Dairy Queen experience was absolutely incredible when I went inside to order I had no idea what I wanted the shift leader hunter lee collins sat me down and went through the menu one by one he was so cute sitting across from me I thought I was in love and just when I thought it couldn’t get any better this cute little white boy who was the manager came out and was super duper helpful anyway thanks for the great time DQ .
