Honestly, I felt kinda bad for the employees. There was only 2 of them. One working drive thru and the other on the grill. So you can imagine it took a minute to get our food but I have to give kudos to the 2 working there. They hustled threw the slew of cars in Drive thru and the 10 people inside. Someone needs to give them a raise. SERIOUSLY!

Normally this DQ is great. I asked for tops on the blizzards due to having to drive home and the high heat. I didn’t to have a melted mess in my car. It was the so called manager that handed it to me and when I complained she popped an attitude with me. They took it and mashed the top onto it and it didn’t even clean the cup off. It then still came off and started leaking before I left the parking lot.

Had excellent service in the drive-through, got a medium peanut butter puppy chow blizzard. Had one in wetumpka it was almost worth the 6 bucks you pay, not here. It was a peanut butter blizzard that someone accidentally dropped a few pieces of puppy chow in. Highly disappointed!

They don’t sell coffee. Had never been in a DQ that didn’t serve coffee. And the woman manager working kinda made it seem we were crazy for thinking they would even be able to serve coffee. Any way McDonald’s came in Clutch.

They got two of my orders wrong and the fries are not cooked. I work 13 hour shifts and was looking for something fast to eat then go to bed, now I’m going to bed hungry cause I don’t have the time to go back up there. Please do better.

The lady who took her order was extremely polite and helpful. If I were to ever come back she’s the only reason why. In the hour that we were here, I never saw more than one person inside… they were going back and forth outside?? When I went to get dessert, one lady grabbed our coupons crumble them up and throw them in the trash as I was trying to tell her that I would like my cones chocolate dipped she walks away didn’t register to me whether she heard me or not and then put the cones on the top of the counter where it’s supposed to be employees only and told me to have a nice day so I had to go around the counter and grab my cones. I think you need me emplyees…. what are they doing over there by the dumpsters, and smoking right outside the front door!!

It was clean on the inside, but no worker to be seen…. I could hear them faintly as I stood in the lobby for several minutes. Finally when someone noticed asked me if I wanted to order. There was no apology for the wait. The best thing out of this experience was that the food was hot and fresh and cam out quickly.
