After a disaster at Sonic, I came here and received TOP NOTCH customer service. The person who took my order was friendly and nice, the person at the windows was friendly and easy going. I did have to pull to a parking spot to wait for my order but most of the cars in the drive thru were people getting ice cream so I understand. When I got my food it was hot and fresh. The Flamethrower burger looked like it was staged for a commercial and the fries were placed in the bag with napkins over them to keep them warm. Condiments at the bottom of bag not thrown in the fries like some other places do. My expectations were exceeded!!! I will continue to drive the extra 6 miles for this great service! Thanks for the experience.

Waiting for food for quite a while. I went to see about the order, and the DQ worker was bit on the rude side. It appears the drive thru takes priority over walk in customers. There was a dying roach under the table also.

So rude! Drive thru worker was so abrasive with me right off the bat when I pulled up that I decided to leave and go down the road to Sonic instead. No reason to be so angry to a customer! Hope that lady has a better day, jeez.

Slow service, but the food is decent for fast food. New Ranch triple has little flavor, had to add hot sauce to make it edible. If you come here for lunch without a sweet tooth, prepare to be disappointed.

Great atraction for kids through out ALL summer. We wish their season would be up through September…or at least August. Better try to go week days.. The water a bit warm then preferred at + 110…The food menu is very limited. We bealive the pppl will appreciate for you to please look into your menu options..as far as its noooot the healthy food as to say..

Food was cooked to perfection. It was hot and tasty. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. I also ordered soft pretzels and a triple brownie sundae. I like to put barbecue sauce on my grilled chicken sandwich, makes it so tasty. Thank you for the great service.

The restrooms reak of the overwhelming odor of both raw and recently smoked marijuana. You could smell it as soon as you walked into the restaurant. One particular associate was very sweet and cordial, however the other front associate was the complete opposite.

Service was terrible. Kid taking orders could not get us out of there fast enough. Locked the doors an hour early to keep more people from coming inside. Go to the Alabaster DQ if you want ice cream.

Everyone is having a shortage of workers and even supplies in food service lately. The service was quick, polite, and the food was great. Dairy Queen in Pelham is doing well. It is nice to see happy faces at work.
