We treated the kids to ice cream at this Dairy Queen. Everyone enjoyed the food in a nice clean facility. The girl at the counter was friendly and efficient taking our order and then went in the back to help with it. It didn’t take long to serve it to us and we ate at one of the tables by the window. I had a Dairy Queen that we went to with our parents as kids. And it is nice that this generation can experience some if the same traditions we did growing up.

My husband and I went to this Dairy Queen location at 6:50. We never got a hi how are you? May I take your order the employee Abby just stood there and waited on us to tell her what we wanted. By the way, they were not busy at all . Told her we wanted two small blizzards triple truffle to go. . We gave her a $20 bill. She proceeded to just put the cash back in my hand. She didn’t even try to count it back to me. We didn’t even get a thank you and please come again or have a nice evening . Nothing ! When we got our blizzards, they were definitely not to go. This is very poor service. Terrible customer service. I’m reading these other reviews. It’s obviously this way all the time will not be returning to this dairy queen . And I know what your response will be. I’m sorry that you had this bad experience. We will try to do better obviously from the reviews you are not doing better.

Please teach your people the difference in a DISH and a CUP. In South Florida if you’re not eating in store the ice cream melts fast. Therefor asking for a cup v a dish is imperative. Driving a few blocks you end up with mush and ice cream everywhere

Just got one Cheeseburger. The bun was not fresh. While I was standing at the counter waiting for my food, I was just looking around the areas behind the counter. The floors were very dirty all along the walls and underneath the shelving units! There was trash under one of the shelves. It had been a LONG time since anyone swept the floor! Yuck

I never write reviews. But this one is necessary. I pulled into the drive thru at around 8:15 PM. I ordered a large shake, and attempted to order a medium snickers shake. “We don’t do snickers shakes in medium” Okay can I have it in a large? “No” Okay can I have a large thin mint shake? “No we are not doing any of the candy shakes because its a choking hazard.” Uhhhhh okay can I just have a 6 piece Rotisserie-Style Chicken Bites basket with onion rings and a sprite to drink…..Proceed forward. Asked to pull forward and wait after paying(completely understandable). Ten minutes and I receive the Vanilla shake. “Have a good night” Uh I am still waiting for my food. “Oh right your food” ten more minutes. I get the food. When I opened the box I laughed for a solid 2 minutes. Picture sums it up.

The only dq in ft Myers that makes you get your own ice cream from the counter. I asked for my food and ice cream to come out all together. They brought me the food. Forget the ice cream. So then they make it but leave it on the counter for me to get up from my meal and retrieve. Fries were cold. I said something to person in charge and they dismissed it and said we always leave ice cream on the counter. Never again will I come here. Young immature staff.

A few weeks ago I went to DQ and tried to order a Reese’s pb cup blizzard but sadly they were out of pb cups. I ordered a mint chocolate chip shake which I enjoyed. Didn’t finish it and left it in my freezer to enjoy later. Went back to DQ to order another shake and I was handed the blue cup seen on the left. I asked why it looked different then advertised and since last time I visited and they told me it was because they were out of the domes and were told my the company to serve in the blue cup and charge the same amount. A. This location has an inventory problem B. You shouldn’t charge the same amount for an ice cream that is half the size.

So you guys are advertising a new mint chip shake and seeing how that was my favorite I decided to stop there and get lunch today and grab me a shake. But when I got my shake it looked and tasted nothing like a mint chip shake. One it wasn’t green although it did have a little bit of green in the bottom of the cup, two it didn’t taste like mint and three it had no chips in it whatsoever and it only tasted like a chocolate shake and looked terrible. Missed it terribly on this one!
