They have the best Brownie with Oreo Cupfection. It’s super delicious! Not too much sweet but it melts and balance out the taste. I recommend to try out the ice cream and enjoy it with your friends and family! It is my first time trying out Dairy Queen Ice Cream, but I recommend it! Super delicious and super tasty!

Disappointed by the service provided and unprofessional behavior of management. The Red flag was at the intercom to order my food when I was speaking to someone who had an attitude and seem annoyed in taking my order. Then when finally get my order, I drive a couple of miles down the road and notice, they gave me the wrong order. I order two meals and the meal I received was one and was not any of the meals I ordered. I called and was hung up on the first time. Called back, got a voice message. Called again and the person who happened to answer the phone was a manager name Ethan and he just answer “Dairy Queen”. I explained my order was wrong and all he said well you can come back up here.” No apology at all. I go back and they had me wait about 15-20 minutes and still no food. By this time I just asked for my money back. He put the money back on my card, no apology, no sorry no nothing. Horrible customer service. This place has gone down hill. I’ve use to come here often and have even tipped a young lady in the drive through for encouragement to keep proving great customer service. Needless to say, this will be my absolute last trip to this location. Terrible customer service provided all the way around for their mistake and no apology.

Much better today than my last visit a week ago. Last time, chicken strips tasted like they were cooked hours earlier & I only got a small amount of fries & gravy. Today it was hot and fresh tasting & I got a huge pile of fries & a full cup of gravy. That’s how it’s supposed to be. Big improvement.

This location is now only open 1pm to 9pm because of staff shortage. We went there before 9pm and there were 7 people in the restaurant working and only 1 making our ice cream order. They didn’t have any of the baked items for cupfections (ovens were off) and no chocolate ice cream. The blizzards were not mixed well and had very little added in. Mostly vanilla ice cream but good for over$20 order. Go somewhere else.

Well it’s been awhile since being inside this particular Dairy Queen . Since they didn’t allow indoor seating . But it was great to go back and have a Friday night treat. The 6 dollar 3PC chicken crispy strip meal fries,soda and a sundae . But for $1 more I upgraded to a chocolate brownie blizzard . My food came out nice and hot. Try the country gravy on your chicken strips it’s awesome.

These employees are regularly rude. They are completely miserable. The store cannot handle any level of traffic. My last experience, I was given the wrong order, again, except this time I was called a liar, told that it was my fault for causing a line, and then patronized with “yes sirs” and “customer is always right”. All I wanted was my order. I really don’t understand the attitude. I will not be back.

Drive thru service- Blizzard was like a milkshake, very milky. Sundae was a mess and was being handed out to me with ice cream running all over it. I asked for one that wasn’t so messy and the cashier rolled her eyes and shut the window. I tried to be nice and even tried to say have a nice day and the window was shut forcefully and very rudely. Never go here again. Customer service is terrible!!!!

I went in the other day and ordered 2 small blizzards, and a large fry. The blizzards were perfect and ready in a few seconds. It was amazing. I then stood there for 15 minutes watching my blizzards melt waiting for the kitchen staff to get around to making a batch of fries.
