Just went inside to the Dairy Queen in Oviedo and placed a $36.86 order. We live no more than 10 minutes from there. My double hamburger was stone cold also the onion rings too. We did not get our order of pretzels. I tried to call and let them know but got a recording that we could not leave a message and to call back?? What the heck??? Won’t be going back there ever again plus was not given a receipt.

This location specifically will always take a minimum of 40 minutes in the drive thru to get a single blizzard, not an exaggeration, in addition to the insane wait times, you can’t even get out of the drive thru once you’re trapped in it so you’re forced to sit there with no escape, all before dealing with the absolutely miserable staff at the window. Tried to give this place a second chance. Won’t be returning.

Customer service was terrible i didnt get a hello , only thing the manager told me was what i owed , lady in red polo dark hair and older looking , i was in line for 30 minutes and there was only 1 car ahead of me . My burger was put together terrible, mustard on top of the bun , i also asked for a double cheese and got a regular cheese with no lie about 8 pickles on it on one side of the burger , i will never be coming back thats for sure

This Dairy Queen, unfortunately, has horrible service. Three times in a row our drive thru experience took longer than 50 minutes with no compensation for our time. Extremely slow and they will do nothing to compensate for your time – just leave you stuck in the drive thru with no apology. No manager and no accountability and our order was completely wrong. Not going to be returning here. Just go to Culver’s across the street.

suffers from problems with the ice cream machine frequently. I know, an ice cream place without ice cream. Also, drive thru lines are way too long. Last visit we waited 30 minutes just to get told they were closing due to maintenance problems. One of the worst stablishments I’ve been to.

Drive thru is incredibly slow, waited for about 50 minutes with only about 6 cars ahead. I would have bailed out if I hadn’t submitted a mobile order, and I would have canceled that order if this store ever answered their phone. Burger and fries were gross and cold.
