The experience I had in this restaurant was excellent. The cashier was very friendly and attentive, he gave a fast and pleasant service. Plus the food was delicious and hot. The restaurant is very clean and the prices of the combos are affordable. I recommend it!

I ordered blizzard cotton candy ice cream through the drive thru, paid for the ice cream while i noticed the one guy who made the ice cream make a smart remark, i ignored it. As im driving off i took a bite to notice that the ice cream i ordered , i did not receive. Took it back in and ”manager “ knew they were out of the cotton candy stuff and decided to not tell me whatsoever, and put sprinkles in the ice cream. As a “manager “ or whatever he was should not assume someone would be okay with getting a different item than what they ordered and PAID for! I am so glad I took a bite before going all the way home. I did go in to get a refund back onto my card. But definitely will not be coming to this location! Poor management.

I had a horrible drive-through experience. The speaker was not working correctly, so it made it tough to hear them tell me they don’t have oreos, then m&ms. We settled on cookie dough for the bizzards. It took me 15 minutes to get my order in with only 1 car ahead of me, and now I moved to the pickup window, and the same car is now waiting. It took them 20 minutes to get 1 bag of food and 2 drinks after ordering. Now I pull up after 35 minutes of being in line, and they tell me, “we’re out of chicken tender, the car in front of you got the last of them.” All I ordered was chicken tenders and fries with 2 blizzards. The blizzards were already melting and he asked me if I wanted him to take the tenders off. At that point, I just drove away.

Sunday evening at 645. An orea blizzard, original hamburger, fries and a large coke has taken 38 minutes through the drive through. Was told it was fresh hamburgers cooking, this burger patty has been sitting in a warmer for awhile. Fries were cold. This shift needs some serious help.

We sat in drive thru over 30 minute. NO icecream! Dairy Queen really had NO icecream. No onion rings as well. Our burgers were like defrosted patties with pickles, ketchup and mustard, which the lady lied and said it have the veggies on them. Should have went to sonics.

Went their to get the kids ice cream. One of the two managers that were working. Grabbed cups out an stocked them on the girl hair and put the cup in her face and they fell onto the floor an he leaned down and picked the back up and stuck back up where all the others cups were at. When we came confronted him he was like oh no I didn’t. Dude we watch you like you can’t back on that. An to find out he was a manager. Come on. All the cups should of went to the trash an grabbed a new cup.

I was just Visiting the Callaway FL Store and the employee inside was ignoring me. When he came to the window he said they were closed but the sign of the hours on the window said they closed at 11pm and it was 10:30. I saw all the employees in the back of my window laughing at the managers room. Then the manager came VERY RUDE and said they were closer but I told him the same thing and he said they were closed and shut the window on our face and let us speaking alone. The manager was a white tall skinny guy. And the employee was a African American guy with very curly hair. Not going there never again manager was very disrespectful and all of them were hiding from us so they didn’t have to attend us

Just nope. Service was terrible, food…they attempted to give me a chocolate dipped cone that was basically melted with most of the chocolate off of it. When I asked to have it remade, the guy (sloppily dressed and groomed) looked at me like I had two heads.

Drive-thru line was very long and super slow. Lobby was closed, so I had to pick up my mobile order at the drive-thru. I saw two cars behind me leave after the line not moved for 10 minutes. I waited 25 minutes in line, and I was 4th in line. My ice cream was partially melted due to it having been made before I got there. It did not seem as though there was adequate staffing.

Fries were edible, s’mores blast was pretty mid, but the burger taste like a cow c@&&?d in the field behind the store and then was slapped on 2 dry buns from the 1500s served with 2 rock hard onion bearings I would rather eat McDonald’s grease pan then ever experience that poor excuse for a cheese burger again
