Guy at the register was horrible. Not sure why he showed up for work. He argued with me when I told him our order was wrong. He spoke so low you couldn’t hear him. When I asked to speak to the manager he just stared at me. Made no effort to call anyone. Thankfully someone came from the back and they did help try to fix the mixup. No pup cups at this location either :/

It was just ok. Fries were NOT hot. Burger a tad over cooked & dry. I ONLY stopped for lunch because I had a taste for a strawberry sundae. It was ok ☹️. Not enough strawberry topping. Went for new order Frys Onion rings 4 chicken strips. They were confused said they couldn’t do both. I showed them the picture they have up told them of commercial. On the sign inside the store it says add a drink for 1.69 cents. I got the meal went back to the counter for drinks they had not added them when I clearly told the people at the counter I wanted a diet Coke and a Dr. Pepper. Very poor customer service and they need to practice active listening skills.

I’ve gotten takeout from maybe twice and today was the first time I decided to dine in. First I’ll start off by saying the food was delicious and that I got it rather quickly. It is also really clean and cozy on the inside. I’m giving it 3 stars because of the employees that worked the grill and the drive through ordering stations because of how loud and obnoxious they were. They were making fun of the people who were ordering in to drive through line. They were cursing and you could hear them regardless where you were sitting. The one young girl who took my order at the register was extremely nice and polite. If it wasn’t for her I would have just walked out the door. I don’t see myself coming back here.
