I love the local DQ in Ashburn, GA. It is attached to the Shell Station/Mini Market, and has a friendly & helpful customer service protocol as far as I’ve seen. Owner/Operator (Nick) walked thru the dine-in area, greeted us and other visitors, Spent a minute chatting with us and made sure our order was ok and checked to see if we needed anything. Convenient for me to drive thru also, because I’m wheelchair bound and don’t always have the ability to get myself inside. But when I have driven thru or gone inside, their service and food is always as expected, or better, and always hot.

Food is always great but don’t order through the app… they don’t understand what they say in English.. I’m not trying to be mean but when you order something THAT ALREADY COMES IN 2 AND YOU ORDER 2 you are supposed to get 4 of that they used the app as an excuse to get out of giving me everything I ordered. In this economy that’s a no win for me.. NO THANKS!

I ordered a parfait and asked to exchange the peanuts for pecans due to allergies and caramel for the hot fudge. This restaurant charged extra for both but didn’t credit for the peanuts nor the hot fudge. I know pecans cost more than peanuts but not $2 more! Plus the owner was very rude when I questioned the extra cost. If you want to be overcharged for substitutes this place is for you. As for me I won’t be back!

ROTTEN MILK in ice cream machine. They didn’t have anything. I ordered 3 different items before they said they have the ingredients. The staff is super uneducated. I couldn’t understand what language they were speaking. Worst Dairy Queen I ever been to. & they ran out of long spoons and sized cups. Dirty tables, and trash everywhere on floor. Don’t go here no matter what DQ craving you have.

Nice spot to stop in on a road trip. The food was hot & fresh, the place was clean and tables constantly being cleaned. But the best part was how nice the employees are! Our cashier, Tekyriah, was very attentive, while taking our order for four and made sure we were clear on the order. Everyone we spoke to was really kind and that’s what prompted my review. We didn’t use the restrooms in here, so can’t speak to those, but we used the restrooms in the adjacent Shell station, which were fantastic.
