Very slow service and rude as h***! Didn’t get the order right when ordered! Asked for 2 triple cheeseburger combos got double cheese burger combos, drinks as you can see are 3/4 full(all they have is dr.pepper is what we were told) cheese curds are all mashed together. I travel for work alot and when we were given our food we always check our order before leaving and make sure it’s right because well we paid for it. As we were checking it we were told to pull forward with attitude, then after we pulled forward and was checking the order a lady came out with same attitude and asked if we were missing something and we said we just wanted to check and make sure our order was in the bag. She rolled her eyes and went back inside. If you don’t want to be there and treat paying customers fairly then don’t be there!

No ranch then they charged for the dipping sauce. The chicken baskets, that should come in boxes, came in little containers and the chicken strips were tiny like nuggets. We order this regularly and it was the worst we had seen. There were 2 men who had been waiting for their order for over 15 minutes. The atmosphere was so aggressive. The workers were yelling at each other and insulting one another.

Awful experience. Dripping ceiling (it wasnt raining?) the service was just belittling. Asked to upcharge the sundae on the 7 meal deal which I’ve done many times and was rudely told no. Burnt toast no butter nor was it cut in half. Waited 30 minutes for order. Extremely rude no smile no thank you it wasn’t service at all. Pls do better.

I ordered a Medium Vanilla Ice Cream in a cup dipped in cherry. They gave me a Small Strawberry Sundae. I tried to make so simple for the employee but they just don’t pay attention. I told them it was wrong and then they said that they don’t have cherry dip AFTER MAKING IT. And then I just said “then I’ll just get a Medium Vanilla Ice Cream in a cup”. And they gave me a Small Vanilla Sudae. How could you make this many errors I’ve gone to other Dairy Queens and they had no problem but this one is horrible. I’m glad I only went here for vacation otherwise if I lived in that town and wanted Ice Cream we’d have a lot of problems. I’m never coming there again.

Absolutely horrible. Another customer got very rude with cashier. Cashier did not defuse the situation but continued to argue with the customer. Workers from the back came to see what was going on instead for fulfilling orders. And took a cash “tip” from angry customer. Waited more than 30 mins for 2 cheeseburgers, 1 blizzard, and a milkshake. Burgers were just thrown together! Will not be returning to this location!

We moved here about a month ago this is the 4th time I’ve attempted to get food from Dairy Queen the 1st time we’ve actually got food bc every other time they have been out of everything. I called ahead this time and was told the truck came in Friday so they weren’t out of everything. I get to the drive thru and was told they couldn’t serve anything but ice cream after asking to speak to the manager bc I literally just called and was told they had everything then she comes on back on the intercom and says something about a grease fire but that it’s all cleaned up now. We sat there 25 mins waiting for food only to get home and everything other than the fries and onion rings were cold! All the burgers and hot dogs were cold. The food was nasty the service was horrible. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting over $50 on food. Definitely won’t ever be back there.

We visit at 8:30 PM. They close at 10 PM. No staff in restaurant. We yelled out a number of times for someone. Eventually two employees came inside front door with their store headsets on. Maybe something was going on we didn’t know about.

Worst dq experience. Ordered a small blizzard and it wasn’t mixed- all my toppings were at the bottom. Also ordered a burger with the works just no meat and ended up getting only a ton of lettuce and mostly mustard. I was up charged for the lettuce too. Seriously? I’d give this store no stars if I could.

Never have I ever been a suchba terrible restaurant. Employee was rude. She took a phone call when taking my order. She treated her coworkers even worse. My pretzels were so oily that the bag was slacked when I got to my car and the oil spilled out and burned my stomach. And they were initially forgotten in my order. So when I got those. The burger and fries were cold. Never will I DQ again. Ever.
