Always go thru drive thru… usually get ice cream but today decided on chicken strips.. did not get the basket .. so I was surprised after spending 9.57 on just 6 chicken strips to be told I don’t get any sauce with it not even one!! But would have to pay an additional 69 cents… I did not buy an any and the strips were horribly dry!!! Sorry but you all lost a frequent customer today!!

First we were rushed through the ordering process. We got to the window and everytime it opened we tried asking for the sauces we tried ordering that was never heard because we were talked over, and guess what… she kept talking over us again. So finally when she had to slow down to flip the blizzards we got a word in and was able to order our sauces. Then we were handed boxes with the food in it. They couldn’t even put it in a bag?? We pulled over to eat and the fries were cold, tenders were barely warm and super crispy and very tough. Our toast was not burnt but crumbled away because of how stale it was. This was an awful experience and we will not be back.

At best the food at this location is acceptable. Hardly does it ever taste fresh, or temperature taste like I ever hit the right timeframe no matter the time I visit to receive hot food. I usually don’t leave poor reviews based on food not being the right temp for fast food. Where this location failed is customer service. The mobile app offers drive thru pickup which is what I select for my orders every time. I have picked up a few mobile orders via the drive thru from this location. Tonight when I pulled up to the intercom at my specified pickup time. I was told, “We only do mobile orders inside.” “Okay, well I’m in the drive thru and have picked up orders at this location in the drive thru before?” “Sorry, we don’t do that.” 1) you already have a customer who has had to wait in the drive thru line for an order they specified as drive thru pick up when placing their order. 2) You’re going to continue to make that customer sit in that line as once there’s someone behind you there’s no way out of line. Just so they can then park to come inside to pick up their order that had drive thru pickup selected. 3) If your location doesn’t want to offer drive thru pickup and not be accommodating when the customer places a mobile order selecting this option, then please don’t utilize the mobile app OR see if your location can not offer the drive thru pickup via the app. 4) From a customer service stand point, please consider that not all your customers selecting drive thru pickup are lazy. I’d imagine a good portion of us have lives of hard labor, disabilities, or on the go lifestyles that effect the decision to do drive thru pickup.

Left Dairy Queen after ordering a biscuit and gravy platter with sausage and scrambled eggs, got to work there was no gravy. Went back, no problem. When I got to the window and let the girl no ( skinny blonde young …very rude) She insisted that the platter did not come with gravy and charged me an additional $2.50. Very dissatisfied. If the biscuit and gravy platter does not come with gravy, maybe they should let you know before leaving.

You have 2 flavor choices .. chocolate and vanilla .. 80 % of the time your chocolate machine is down , due to not freezing according to your employee .. she said it’s the worst machine in the store .. are you ever going to get it fixed or purchase a new one ? It’s been years with the same problem !!!!! Wanted to directly to the source before putting out to Ellijay reviews .. let’s try better .. thank you ..
