Dining room was not open unknown reason why… the food is pricey for fast food restaurant. A large 4piece chicken strip meal with fries and a drink plus ice cream cone was over $16.00. For the same amount I could have had a nice dinner in a sit down restaurant. I love their fries though they are the best .

When you make a cone most places use a napkin to keep from touching the actual cone. They didn’t have on gloves and passed the cone through two or three people . When I asked for a new cone the lady at the front said everybody is busy . Just nasty and unsanitary. Wear gloves !!

Interior is routinely closed, line always wrapped around the building, and prices are easily 30% higher than other nearby Dairy Queen stores and sometimes as much as 50% more. Consider going to a local ice cream place or another Dairy Queen. I think I’ve finally made my family’s last trip to this location. I guess you have to pay more simply because it’s in Peachtree City…

Worst service ever- left food out of my order and wouldn’t open the door to give my food. Had to go back through the drive thru and wait another 15 min for what should of been in the bag of food I ordered. My order was $65, not that money should matter but my family had to wait along with my 5 yr old hungry – the one you left the food out of the bag. Unapologetic, unprofessional, will not be coming back. Zero accountability in the store for any type of customer service. More than anything I was embarrassed my family had to sit through this matter.

I ordered a birthday ice cream cake 8” round a week in advance. When I picked it up it wasn’t what I ordered. It looked like a third grader wrote the message, it didn’t have the balloons or confetti that it showed in the picture. They also ran out of the wrong size boxes and it didn’t fit in a standard freezer. I had to cut the cake in half to fit in our freezer because it was the wrong size. I and my son were disappointed and will never come here again.

I ordered an ice cream cake on the mobile app, it took my payment and I went to go pick it up. When I got there, they said they couldn’t make ice cream cakes at this location. I asked for a refund, and they wouldn’t give one to me! I’m pretty sure this is illegal. This is a terrible DQ location.
