We came by today at noon. Not another soul there eating so you would think we would give excellent service. Nope, our drinks were wrong, barely given any fries, and the fries we got were cold and tasted very old. You can and should do better, especially in a small town.

Our food was not great, gravy was chunky. The main issue was when we were served our ice cream and I grabbed spoons out of the holder there were 3 roaches crawling on them. I’ve never experienced something like this, I was appalled. The cashier gave us some money back and we left with a sick to our stomach feeling knowing we ate a whole meal from there

Just went thru drive thru. Orfered a hamburger and got a cheeseburger deluxe….can’t have cheese. Ordered onion rings and got cold limp fries. Ordered a chicken strip basket. Toast was as hard as a rock. Fries cold and limp. And then the tried charging me over $20!!!!!!! Unreal. Bad service, bad food. Think this will be our last visit to DQ. Improvement is needed big time.

Still hasn’t open the inside of the store since COVID. Besides them acting like you are a bother when you drive up to the speaker, they are rude. They say they don’t turn up the blizzard and haven’t since 2014. So, they make up the rules as they go along. The store is in horrible condition guess that’s why they don’t let people in. I feel sorry for the Rockmart community that think this what Dairy Queen is about. They should build a new one and knock this one down.

Food was awful and overpriced! We couldn’t eat it. The chicken in the chicken baskets was over breaded, cold and tasted like it was cooked in old oil. I just spent $70.00 at this place. The only thing I didn’t throw away was the ice-cream. Don’t get the chicken!!

Pulled up to Rockmart Dairy Queen. “OPEN” sign lit up in the window. Go to drive up sign. No one responds. Wait two minutes. Still no one response. Pull around to the drive up window. There is a girl standing in the window. She looks directly at us, clearly sees us and walks away and goes to the other side of the restaurant and ignores us. There was also another male worker there who looked at us and just stood there, not acknowledging us. We park, walk in the restaurant. They stand there and just stare and after my husband asks if they are open they say no we’re closed and proceed to say they didn’t see us in the drive thru. Lazy, irresponsible, lying employees. If I ran that restaurant they would be fired on the spot. We won’t be back.
