I will admit I was having a bit of a rough day so I was trying to get myself a bit of a pick me up I tried using a coupon in the app which only gave me a code the women at the drive thru said they only scan barcodes And only some DQs use the codes I asked if she knew how to get the barcode all she said was they used the barcode when I ask for a manager I kept getting excuses when I went inside to try to figure things out it was the same woman behind that counter too leading me to believe that she was the only person there I finally just gave up after somehow logging myself out of the app trying to find the barcode thig out and paid full price I’m not saying I’m not going to go back but it’s probably going to be a while

First off, they should be ashamed of their very very teeney weeney itty bitty $3.89 mini blizzard which was halfway frozen. In fact, the cashier’s attitude was more frozen than the blizzard. The food was slightly cold had to heat the food up when I got to the house. Haven’t been to DQ in a decade thought I’d give it a try; now I see why. Never…again!!

I’ve been coming to this Dairy Queen for 4 years as a bus driver on my break I park my bus and walk to this location. Because they had 2 ppl in there working I am told to walk through the drive thru like I’m a car. Having to use the restroom they would allow me to because they all know I am getting food anyway so why not? Today I was told I can’t use the restroom nor order standing there embarrassed with 6 cars while I’m standing in the rain trying to relieve myself and eat. WOWW. I called to get manager information but the guy answered saying it was his first day. The lady in background told him to hang up on me and he did.
