Placed a mobile order yesterday at 12:15pm. Got to the restaurant to find signs on the door saying they were closed for the day. I was stuck with no order and no way to get a refund. Called the store this morning at 10:45am and asked to speak with the manager. When she got on I explained that I had a mobile order yesterday but they were closed when I came by to get it. I asked for a refund or to get what I ordered today. She said only the owner could give a refund that as a manager she could not open the register and the owner was not in. I asked if I could get the blizzard I ordered yesterday instead as I have my reciept. She asked for my name and could clearly see that I placed an order yesterday. She at first said no but then said I could come get the order after a couple hours because she was putting the machine back together. I enjoyed ordering from this location as it was easy to place a mobile order and hit the drive thru but after I pick up my replacement order today I will no longer be going to this location. There is seriously something wrong with a manager not allowed to do a refund. They should not be able to accept mobile orders when the location is closed.
