I went there Saturday July 29, 2023. I took my son there around 8:30pm. We went inside so we could sit and have some icecream. Although employees looked at us several times, nobody acknowledged our presence. We were there a good 15 minutes before a guy came to the register, didn’t say a word but just stared at me. So, I said huh like he had said something and I didn’t hear him, he then said can I get you something…I looked at him, he looked aggravated that I was there so I said no and walked out. I felt so disrespected and unwanted in that establishment. I will never return there! That was the worst customer service that I have ever received in my life.

I feel like Dairy Queen is one of the more underrated fast food places. Always has great ice cream. The food is what’s underrated. They have good burgers, chicken, and fries.
