Came her tonight to order with friends. We were ignored by all four workers for the first ten minutes that we were there. Asked someone to take our order, and she walked right past us. Multiple people had to come inside from the drive thru and get their ice cream. I understand short staff and I understand being busy, but what I don’t understand was the lack of customer service. One worker stocked up cakes while watching us stand at the counter. Extremely unprofessional and rude. A waste of time.

My Dairy Queen visit was the highlight of my day! I ordered something off menu and the staff was very accommodating. Back in the day there was something called an artic rush/misty float (ice cream + slushie) and they made it for me. Thanks so much!

I have been to this DQ couple of times (Drive-thru). This time I went inside to order treats, the way they received the customers was not good at all. Even couple of customers are waiting to order food none of the employees came to take the order and the way they treat the customer was so lame.
