This place is dirty. The refrigerator looks like it hasn’t been cleaned it weeks. The floor hasn’t been swept. I’m sitting next to something someone spilled hours ago. I walked in here and saw it earlier and still hasn’t been mopped. We will never ever come back to this location.

A younger boy was ringing me out. While doing so he was playing with a rubber glove. He blew it up and then popped it right in front of my face. He was so focused on the glove that he did not hand me recipe initially. When he handed me the reciept he did not say anything and immediately turned away to play with the broken glove. I also watched him run his hand through his hair multiple times and wipe his face with his hand and then help with preparing a customer order.

Got three blizzards here because my daughter got a gift card from school. I was reminded why I never go to Dairy Queen. Filthy everywhere. The Oreos in our blizzards were stale and the ice cream was very soupy. Not a good texture. Some employees where not wearing gloves and they were touching their face and neck. We are from out west and Dairy Queen out there is one of the nicer fast food places to eat so they earn their higher prices. They have not earned that out here.

Was starving….so it hit the spot. If I wasn’t starving I would whine that the chili dog tasted like it had been sitting around for hours waiting for me. I also ordered a carmel sundae. Small. It was good, just smaller than I thought. That was my fault. The workers there were super nice though.

Store was absolutely disgusting. Trash was all on the floor and on the tables. Mario was very nice while taking our order. One girl was eating while making food and another guy rolled his eyes and said “this is BS”when customers walked in. We arrived at 5:40 mind you and they were telling people that the kitchen was closed already. And telling all customers that they closed at 6 and we had to be out.

We came in here expecting for the service to be just like all the other businesses here in the Carolina Outlet, nice. When we ordered our food they were pulling out their phones and not paying attention to customers. They called out our number and proceeded to drop our food. We ordered a chili cheese hot dog but when it arrived we got just a plain hot dog. We went up to the register to tell them and fix a simple mistake but instead the lady with blonde hair proceeded to catch an attitude with me but then asked for my receipt. When she realized they made the mistake she became really apologetic. If I could rate this lower than one star I would. I presume the lady with the blonde hair is the manager.

Came here for lunch and was seriously disappointed in the customer service and lack of professionalism. Guys from the back were upfront while guests are trying to order. I’ve never seen a food service place allow open toed shoes to cook peoples food. Not that they use their feet to cook but to come up front and flirt with the cashiers as we are trying to order our food and it’s noticeable that you’re not wearing appropriate foot wear. Just lack of professionalism. Also there were two cashiers but one seemed like the couldn’t do anything other than be on her phone the whole time we were in the restaurant.

The employees are extremely rude. The manager was no better he yelled at my elderly grandmother because she threw away the receipt. He told my grandmother that she was delayed and needed to go back to school and actually learn something. One of the boys had AirPods in blasting music not paying attention to his surroundings or what the customers were saying to him. Several customers left due to the atmosphere and the attitudes of the workers. We waited a full 27 minutes for our order due to the fact that the employees were talking instead of making and taking orders. I will not be stepping foot back into the Dairy Queen in Smithfield North Carolina.
