Extremely long wait to order. Had to call just to see if the drive thru was work and was advised there was only 2 people working. Would’ve been nice to at least acknowledge that we were there. Can go somewhere else and get more for less. Won’t be back.

What happened to dairy Queens food .. it used to be hot and always good.. last few times I went to a DQ the fries were cold or luke warm. The orders were gotten wrong and when they corrected them it was obvious they just added what was missing. The cashier’s don’t listen … I used to love DQ now I’m putting it on the do not eat there list…..

Service with a smile is hit or miss. If you want to add something to your blizzard or sundae you’ll usually get it correct. Drive thru is slow when you or someone in front of you orders actual food and not ice cream. Inside is small and usually pretty empty. Found out if they don’t turn your blizzard upside down and you call them on it they’ll give you a coupon for a free one next time. That’s supposedly a corporate thing not by store location. And Blizzards are not cheap. Love love their ice cream cakes with the crunchy cake pieces, fudge and the yummy icing but they also cost a pretty penny.

The ROTC cashier boy makes the whole experience awful. Blizzards weren’t full and all. He’s trying l to run it like a want to be army camp. He switched the blizzard flavors claiming the coupon was used wrong, even though it claims equal or greater value so you should be charged for the more expensive one & the other one should be 99 cents. Instead he claimed they had to be the same flavor or he couldn’t do it. Overall 1/10 experience, would not return!

Absolutely filthy! Not one clean table and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Instead of a 4 piece chicken tenders meal, I got a 3 and an 8th piece. The staff are terrible, slow and rude.

They never have anything that you want in stock, they are slower than molasses, they constantly screw up orders, and it is one of the worst fast food places to go in Fairmont. Don’t waste your time or money.
