If you are in for a watery treat here is the place to come Reedsville dairy queen the worst dairy queen around! I’ve been going here since I was little and it’s always been the same the service is horrible and the ice cream machines are always down and never work! The best part is if they are up and running the ice cream is never thick and good it’s. By the time the give it to you it looks like they let it set out in the sun for a few hours first and by the time you can even get it to your mouth half of it is running down your hand onto the floor. That’s all for now but I do not recommend.

Floor was sticky. Bathrooms were nasty, no tp, overflowing trash everywhere. Tables and seats were gross. It smelt like poo. Couldn’t tell if they were opened other than when other people were going on. The open sign was off.

I had long blonde hair in my food, took it up and they did remake it. All the workers were very polite. Then I start to eat my bread from the new order and find another hair. I said screw it and left. I was over it at that point. Did I think working in the grill you had to wear hair nets? Not one person had any on. Maybe if they wore them I wouldn’t have hair in my food.

I have been to the Dairy Queen, reedsville location, Many, many times. Staff is very polite, food is always fresh. The only complaint I have is they need more help they are worked like dogs with low pay. As much money as this company makes staff should be respected better by owner.
