Second time I’ve been given the wrong blizzard. Need to train your people to read. If they could read I wouldn’t have the Carmel filled chocolate pieces in my my blizzard. I’d have the Reese’s blizzard I ordered. It took for over 5 mins for them to take my order with no one in the drive thru line and it took over 10 mins to make cheese curds n a dam blizzard.

I’m normally not one to leave a review ever but I was so appalled by this experience. I was being nice and grabbing my co-workers some Blizzards. First trip through and they couldn’t even survive a 10 minute drive without spilling all over the place. So when we returned I had to think of the idea to turn them upside down and put them in hot fudge sundae cups which don’t fit in the cup holders plus I still had to pay full price. Not even a 20% discount or anything. I understand that the blizzards are messy unless you think outside of the box but I should be able to surprise and reward my co-workers with my favorite DQ treat without a major headache.

Horrible service, takes 20 mins everytime even if it’s for one item. If you do order more than one item good luck with them getting the order right. Damn shame id rather drive 20 mins to the one in Marietta than use the one less than a mile from my house

waited in line for 30 minutes and when I got to the window they tried to give me the wrong order. when I told them it wasn’t my order they said they didn’t have it so I’d have to order again. Once I finally got my food they said they weren’t taking card and had to drive off after waiting all that time.

Next time I come in for a blizzard, I’ll remember to ask these people to put the ice cream in the cup. I just dumped all the ice cream in a bowl when I got home. Cup was overflowing and dripping before it was even at the window and they didn’t find it necessary to clean it off. If you’re too lazy to do your job correctly, you should’ve been fired ages ago. They’re lucky I didn’t go inside and figure out who made my blizzard like this, because then they’d be cleaning the cup holders in my car.
