I usually use the drive through. But I went inside, and it’s super clean and pleasant. I was expecting a “fast food” look, but the dining area was done in relaxing earth tones. Nice lighting. Drive thru was backed up so went inside. No one in line but had to wait for awhile. That’s ok but when I went to get my drink, they were out of everything except lemonade. I told the girl at the register and her answer was, “I know”. I finally got my food and the burgers were cold and cheese curds so greasy we didn’t eat them. This was a first, however..we have been there and had much better service and food!

The attitude of most of the staff was as if the customers were a nuisance. The young man working the register mumbled and was extremely hard to hear. I had to ask my wife what he was saying after asking him to repeat his question 3 times. We waited about 15 mins for our “fast food” order. We had to go up and ask for our food and was told it would be out shortly. The young lady who brought our food to the table was professional and apologized for our wait.

Long line at the drive thru, but nobody was inside and we needed to stretch after hours of driving so we went inside and ordered a small shake and a small cone. The cone came out a few minutes later and I heard someone behind the window say that’s not a small shake followed by the thud of it hitting the garbage can, really! What’s even more disturbing is that it now takes 9 minutes and asking twice what happened to our shake. I had finished my cone before the shake was served.
