Store was clean and neat. Employees were friendly and brought our food out to our table which was nice. Our order was correct and everything tasted good. I like that they’ll let you pay for your dessert at the same time as your meal but let you come back to the counter to pick it up when you’re done eating, so that the ice-cream doesn’t melt.

We ordered 3 blizzards 2 out of the 3 was made properly. We had to come back to get it remade. And when we asked for it to be remade correctly. We gotta O’really and an exclamation sayings everything went to the bottom, but we stir everything up and there was nothing there.

We got a six piece chicken dinner that was breaded I wish they had a vegetarian will a grill type chicken tenders that are not breaded there’s some people out here who can’t eat breaded chicken tenders and what is it with the gravy and bread don’t they realize how much carbs that is that’s a lot of cars British chicken gravy and toast really that’s why they need to try to do a grilled chicken finger that’s not breaded and ask if they want the gravy or not and why have bread and gravy when you got fries you might want to ask if somebody wants the fries or the bread or both to be honest with you I don’t think they need to be ordering that many carbs

Remember This is FAN food NOT fast food! excellent customer service and speed isn’t an issue with us as long as our food is great! Once I seen why the prices were a lil high by a chart from owner he displayed after his employees kept getting yelled at it makes total sense!!! I’m shocked they waited to change the prices for so long! They really do care about their employees and customers!!! Really disappointed as a community people can be so rude to the people making THEIR food. CRAZZZZZYYYYY. After chatting up employees and the manager while waiting on my food they got slammed and I watched two employees single handedly handle drive through In minutes!!!! I was impressed at speed and accuracy as they made blizzards and cones!!! Food was a lil slow getting out but manager said it was all cooked fresh to order because of a meat warmer. I don’t mind at all I prefer fresh!!! And even with it fresh everything was out within seven minutes! I actually had an amazing time while waiting for my food!!!! Hats off to this location!!!! Even short staffed and all the nonsense they deal with they were in amazing spirits and held amazing customer service. Good job Brandon Ave!!!!!

Your standard, basic, fast food restaurant. The food is to be expected. The staff were friendly enough. It was fairly clean inside. The bathrooms were clean as well. The drive threw is very narrow be careful.
