The food is usually pretty decent, they will definitely forget items for your order though so you have to definitely check very closely. It’s also annoying to have to pay for a second ranch. Two chicken strip baskets and one ranch come on guys give me a break

WOW! I did not expect such delicious food! Crispy Chicken salad had fresh crisp lettuce perfectly fried chicken tender in the middle crunchy on outside. The onion rings were among the best I’ve ever had! Servers were very friendly and accommodating!

We went for lunch there when I got my Sundae it barely had fudge so I asked if I could have a little more I was told that I had to pay extra for that I took pictures of it and all my friends said to contact you on here I didn’t get a receipt paid cash so I paid 1$ extra for a little bit of hot Fudge we always been going there but guess it’s time to find another place.

Ordered food through the app, which we’ve done before without problems. This time, my husband came home with our order and didn’t have the drink that came with my combo. Ok, no big deal. Then my son and I opened our chicken strip baskets and they didn’t give us the gravy that we ordered. So we ended up eating our meal plain. So disappointed with our meal! I struggled with even wanting to place this order because it’s so expensive now but at least give me everything we ordered!

There’s a new manager there by the name of “Heather” or something like that. She’s very rude and not pleasant. My children and I greated her with a smile and a hello and she stared at us and said nothing. I ordered 4 items and she said there would be extra charges to make the shakes thick. She didn’t smile, she didn’t say thank you and she acted as if we were bothering her. I will never go back there as long as she’s there but I did hear that she’s dating the owner and that’s how she got the job there. Shame on you mgr Heather, you need to be taught some etiquette, manners and to hide your racism like the rest of them.

I witnessed one of the worker’s drop all the red spoons on the floor and instead of tossing them in the trash she sent one of the other workers to the back to supposedly wash them…word of advice use the to go spoons that are wrapped in plastic.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was so disappointing and it’s not rocket science… it’s ice cream. The location was filthy…so much I didn’t even want to lean against a table while I waited. Everything was visibly dirty and sticky throughout the dining area and counter. The service was extremely slow. And to top it off, the peanut buster parfait we ordered did not have hot fudge…it was chocolate sauce. This could have been overlooked, but the entire container was filled with it (there was no vanilla ice cream visble anywhere). So I basically had a container of chocolate sauce. It was just awful. I am not one to give bad reviews at all, but this was so terrible I couldn’t stay quiet.
