I walk in before 9pm and stand in line. The guy in front of me orders food and ice cream. I get my turn to order and all of a sudden the grill is closed. I go check the door and the hours say the place closes at 930pm. I understand if you have a cut off time but I was in line before that time and I should have been taken care of. Avoid yourself the trouble of dealing with this particular Dairy Queen.

Terrible and extremely frustrating – truly an embarrassment for the corporation. Went at 9:30 for some late night ice cream assuming it closed at 10 (which it says on google) and the schedule on the building said it closed half an hour ago. THEN checked the reviews and saw that another costumer reported the same issue MONTHS ago, to which the company responded that they would fix. Extremely disappointed with Dairy Queen >:(
