DQ has been around this area since forever. Of course, this location has a lot of teenagers and young adults. It’s always business due to its location. The customer service is average, cleanliness could be better if the manager on duty would make sure the stations are cleaned after each service. Otherwise, quick stop if or when you want something cold on these hot summer days. ☀️

Food was good, for your typical DQ, and so were the blizzards. The service was decent, especially considering how busy they were when we were there. The women’s bathroom was not exactly great, all I can say is that at least the duct tape holding the lock together worked to keep the door locked.

Meh. Store appeared clean. My dipped cone was only 2/3 dipped and was thin…usually it is thick and hardened and makes a delightful mess of my shirt. Was hoping for a large rectangular shape cake but they only sell round ones even though they advertise rectangular cakes.

The Blizzards we ordered were good but the counter service was actually pretty rude. There were about 5 people working behind the counter with one register open and the employee taking counter orders was pretty unpleasant and was visibly annoyed with customers for no reason. A friendly “hello, how can I help you” would have been nice; instead she said literally nothing except for our total. A little friendliness goes a long way!

Lets start with the twenty minute wait for the food….. And that was drive thru…. The had no ranch… No bleu cheese or really any dressing for the salad…. The salad… They put super hot strips on top… So when they sealed it it steamed in… So the lettuce was soggy and wilted… They had no shredded cheese on the salad… I saw maybe a pinch of cheese at the bottom… The cheeseburgers were just ok… The strips were hard and beyond over cooked for the strip meal…. Fries tasted weird… I will not come back to this location…. 2 star because the employees were ok and didnt have attitudes even though they were busy and behind… Too many pick up orders… So I assume thats the wait with drive thru….but wont be coming back to this one

This location is always subpar compared to the Newark Delaware location on just not Hill road. We have gone here multiple times and many items including new and featured items are unavailable for whatever reason. The food ordering management and pars are not well taken into consideration here. It is very frustrating to make a trip from South Jersey to this location because it is the closest one to our house and then not have the items you specifically come over there for. We also should not have to do a call ahead every time we want to dine here. It would be extremely helpful if out of stock or unavailable items were made known to the public in store and on the Drive-In menu prior to ordering. This location is very disappointing

Every time I go here it’s something. Usually something small like the raspberry tea I ordered just tasted like straight up water. But this time they messed up simple instructions on what I want on my burger . Forgot what we ordered. Forgot to give me my drink and it took 20 minutes. The staff looked a mess 4 people making ice cream and two people in kitchen. I could clearly see them in the back confused on what order is what. Not going back here again…
