Drive thru pay window had asked us twice what order we had (I know you have 2 lanes for ordering, but other stores never have this issue), pick-up window had forgotten to give us napkins a few times and when they did, it was touching the ice cream in the cone. Ordered 2 cones inside once, and when they were ready, they were staring my wife and I right in the face, but the kids working there were to busy huddling around each other giggling at something on one of their phones, then dispersed after giggling, and never grabbed them to hand to us, and proceeded to take care of other customers. I had to ask after 4 minutes of looking at them, and the one girl said “Oh! Yes, they’re yours” acting like “When did those get there?” when she knew damn well they were there.

Waited on by a group of teens about 10 minutes from close. My son had just burnt his finger and we wanted to grab him ice cream. Team was good natured and speedy. Ice cream was good. Thanks guys

I went in for a cone, had a fifty and the kid behind the counter paid it forward and bought my cone for me. I will definitely be going back. I hope they do some type of parking lot Car cruise. Looking forward for that patio to open up might be a good place for a DJ during the car cruise.

I used to go here all the time. Today I spent 12 minutes sitting in line at the window. I ordered 2 x large slushes and sat there for 12 min at the window looking at the slashes while no one was around to hand them to me. What a disgrace of a place.

This location is new. They were super busy but our food was good. I wasn’t excited that our ice cream was melting, and they gave us no napkins. But it was all good

My burger was wrong, my onion rings were overcooked, and my drink was still warm after melting the ice in the cup. Ordered a side of chicken strips for my dog…she sniffed them and walked away. The crew working had Dunkin Donuts delivered while I was there…so they don’t even want the stuff they’re making. My first and last time here.

Young guy taking order was abrupt then when I got my meal not 1 napkin in the bag. Burger had a ton of mustard on it was way too much had to wipe it off on the wraper.

Great staff very friendly. But not much of a selection. Dairy queen needs to add more ice cream products to their menu. Not just soft serve but all types of ice cream. Also if they were to add gelato it would be a one stop shop for ice cream. I like dairy queen it ok. But they really need to expand their horizons with ice cream.
